1. Access License

Subject to active subscription status, GENIUS Intelligence Inc. grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable license to utilize the cognitive test generation tools, active recall modules, and Cloudflare R2 storage limits.

2. Acceptable Conduct

Automated extraction, scraping, reverse-engineering of diagnostic prompts, or sharing authentication keys across non-licensed institutions is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate account termination.

3. Educational Disclaimer

Genius is an advanced preparatory and active recall companion. While our psychometric simulation models correlate closely with licensure exams, certification and official testing outcomes remain dependent upon individual candidate effort.
