1. Zero Model Training Guarantee
At Genius, your uploaded course notes, textbooks, examination drafts, and proprietary flashcard decks are never utilized to fine-tune, pre-train, or evaluate public artificial intelligence models. Your study assets remain isolated within dedicated encrypted Cloudflare R2 vaults.
2. Cryptographic IP Logging and Anonymization
To safeguard our infrastructure against distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) events, brute-force credential stuffing, and billing abuse, our edge workers process technical request headers. All IP addresses are transformed using SHA-256 with a proprietary server-side salt and masked to prevent individual re-identification.
3. Data Retention Windows
Security and IP telemetry logs are automatically purged on a rolling 90-day retention schedule. Account details and active study decks are retained for the duration of your membership and may be purged on demand via your account dashboard.
4. Payment Processing
Financial transactions and credit card credentials are processed directly through Stripe Payments Infrastructure. Genius does not retain or store raw card numbers on any server.
